I build systems that put people first
Organizational consultant, behavioral architect, and founder of The Sphere; a consultancy built on one belief: you cannot scale what isn't coherent
Since 2018, I've built a private intellectual curriculum — drawn from emotional intelligence, behavioral science, philosophy, and systems thinking to answer one question that kept returning: why do intelligent organizations keep failing their most important asset?
The Sphere is the answer I built
Four Frameworks:
1. S-OS — operating clarity for organizations that assume too much and document too little
2. Origami Strategy — structural clarity for organizations that need to build before they scale
3. Basira Framework — emotional coherence for organizations whose identity and reality have drifted apart
4. Midas Architecture — departmental design for organizations built job by job instead of by design
Two Instruments:
1. Origami Clusters — behavioral architecture for organizations that want to stop guessing about people
2. Prism — emotional insight for organizations that don't know how their people actually experience them

My path to building The Sphere wasn't linear, it was cross-sectional by design. Across financial services, automotive, entertainment, and healthcare, in roles spanning strategy, operations, customer experience, and people development, each sector added a different lens on how organizations actually function versus how they believe they function
That gap between organizational self-perception and structural reality became the problem I couldn't stop working on
I've pursued that curriculum not to accumulate credentials, but to build something that didn't yet exist: a consultancy that treats human coherence as a structural variable, not a soft-skills afterthought
The Sphere is what that work produced
